She suddenly went into a nonstop series of severe seizures. She was seriously fucked up, and the outlook was grim. We decided to spare her any more of that, and put her down. There's no way of knowing what happened without paying for it, so that sucks, but the consensus was that it didn't appear to be poisoning and it was way too severe for 'normal' cat epilepsy, so it was not likely to be treatable within my means anyway.
I wish I wasn't so far away when she went. I'll cherish the memory of the last time I was home, when she slept beside me on my pillow. And I'll always miss her.
